DOWNSTAIRS GUEST SUITE has a small vestibule that closes off for privacy. The spacious bathroom has a tub/shower, pine vanity with vessel sink, and a large linen closet. The bedroom has a four-poster king bed, an upholstered window seat with storage, antique pine and 2 large closets.
MASTER BEDROOM is a generous retreat with a ledgestone "Rumford" masonry fireplace. The antique pine furniture adds to the coziness. From the king size four-poster bed you have a view of Fallen Leaf Lake. French doors open onto a large private balcony.
MASTER DEN has a built-in desk and large comfortable seating area.
MASTER BATH features a soaking tub and steam shower with seat. All walls and floors are honed limestone. The separate double vanity dressing area is spacious with a large linen closet and very large walk-in closet with built-in cabinets.
SECOND FLOOR GUEST SUITE features a private hall, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom.
"THE HICKORY ROOM" is a large king-bedded room with it own bath.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM is located in the second floor.
THIRD FLOOR consists of two bedrooms and a play area. In addition, there are three enormous closets.
The Guest Cottage is a private apartment located above the garage.
The guest cottage has a large open living, dining, and kitchen area. It has one bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a laundry and 5 large closets.
